  • What payment methods do you accept for delivery orders?

    We accept a variety of payment options, including credit card payments (both in-person, online, and over the phone) as well as cash payments to one of our friendly drivers or office staff prior to delivery.

  • What do I do if I'm not home at the time of delivery?

    If you’re not available during the delivery time, then we require clear and detailed instructions on where you would like our delivery drivers to unload products/supplies (such as by leaving a tarp at the location). Additionally, please leave your contact information so that our drivers may reach you if any issues arise.

  • Will there be additional fees for my delivery order?

    Some additional fees may be applicable depending on your location/suburb – please speak with our staff regarding any potential charges prior to ordering if this is a concern.

  • What is the minimum order for delivery?

    Our minimum requirement for delivery is ½ tonne.

  • Will I need to provide access if the delivery truck has difficulty entering my property/drop-off location?

    Yes. If you have specific access needs (such as a locked gate or keypad entry), please be sure to inform our staff when placing your order so that they can provide directions to the driver. Please be aware that additional fees may apply if multiple attempts are needed to gain access to your property or contact you.

  • Will all my products fit in one load?

    To avoid any potential complications with your delivery, please check with our staff prior to making your order as multiple deliveries or additional fees may be applicable for large orders. It’s also possible at times for small trucks to be used due narrow access issues so do not hesitate to mention this when ordering if necessary.

  • Are there any special considerations I should keep in mind about tipping my items?

    It’s important to keep in mind that we cannot tip bulk loads or loose tips under car ports, trees, phone/power lines, near water services etc., as this poses a safety risk for our drivers and the surroundings.
